I'm seeking a tidy, responsible, and kind person who loves cats to live in my apartment and take care of my kitty, house plants, and to water the garden while I am away on a short trip. The apartment is fully furnished with lots of natural light on the ground floor with a shared backyard garden. There is easy street parking, and its on a Bike Boulevard. The Bart train for commuting is in close proximity (15 minute walk to Macarthur Station). Shops and restaurants in Temescal Neighborhood are a 10 minute walk.

15 minute walk to MacArthur Bart (approximately 20 min ride to SF)

plus a $200 deposit (refundable at the end)
