**You will have your own lovely Private FULLY FURNISHED bedroom (225sq ft.) (includes Armoire/Dresser, Desk, Sofa/Bed (about to purchase a new one... gonna wait until you move in to see which one you like), Coffee table, Loft Bed built into walls, Several shelf units and two lamps, air conditioner unit (your room is like a mini-apt within the apt.) ALSO...your own walk-in closet just outside the room in the hallway.

A typed AGREEMENT will be provided for you, and monthly receipts and/or texts, which protects everyone.

ALL COMMON-SPACES are shared in this Huge Furnished 2 bedroom apt. which you would share with 2 professional adults (busy employed entertainment professionals) who are very, very busy, very clean, very kind and friendly (but not 'nosey'). COMMON SPACES INCLUDE - Eat-IN kitchen, living-room/dining room, large bathroom with huge tub and great shower.

THE BUILDING: is a clean pre-war Bldg ON HUDSON RIVER (Upper West side Manhattan just above Harlem) w/ELEVATOR and LAUNDRY IN BASEMENT...

SAFE, LOVELY NEIGHBORHOOD: two very short blocks to "A" express train (NOTE: elevator at train station). Also, near #1 subway. BUSES: M4, M5, M100, M98 and two other Bronx Buses. The neighborhood is generally quiet, friendly, near CLOISTERS, Columbia Presbyterian Hospital, etc. Banks include, Chase - Bank of America - Banco Popular - CitiBank. FOOD/GROCERIES/BUSINESSES: Lots of Take-out and Delivery, Sidewalk Cafe's (Excellent Sushi spot), 2 Starbucks, GYMS: Blink, Planet Fitness, RETAIL: Marshalls, GAP, Groceries include KeyFood, Food Emporium, Fine Fare, etc.) 24 HOUR Deli's, JUICE BARS and bodegas, etc.

CONVENIENTLY LOCATED between two post offices, two police precinct offices, Fed Ex and USPS station.

Non-smoker preferred please (no tobacco and no pot) – minimal alcohol - no illegal drugs, NO WEAPONS and no drama. NOTE: if you're able to keep your word and NOT ever smoke in the apt., we can work it out.

Prefer ONE YEAR (1) year agreement, HOWEVER length of stay is negotiable. Female preferred, but will definitely consider a male. We are both straight professional, however very LGBTQ friendly (have had both gay & Lesbian and trans apt. mates - very discreet, adult, pleasant, respectful).
