My background is in finance/tech/cs, but open to all professional backgrounds. Seeking a new roommate who’d ideally be similar to myself: non-smoker, no drugs, down-to-earth and easy-going, respectful and friendly. (Occasional drinking is fine). Have some friends in the city, but many left due to the pandemic, so ideally hoping to become good friends as well as roommates. We’d respect each other’s “alone/separate time”, but it would be cool if you were also interested in sometimes watching some sci-fi/comedy/action movies and/or exploring the local dining scene, share an occasional home cooked meal, maybe play some video and/or board games, (or billiards in the game room!) and check out events around the city, especially on the weekends. Maybe even motivate each other to make it downstairs to the gym for a workout! :-)

I’m 27, straight male, so I’d prefer someone age 22-32. (Open to either male or female as each of us have a private bedroom/bathroom). (Can view some more of my interests at bottom of page)

I know you’ve likely looked at a ton of places, but my apt is truly awesome (which is why I’m not moving out!!) The amenities are insane (incl heated pool, landscaped rooftop, billiards room, gym, etc.), and the skyline views are fantastic. Under 4 minute walk to Wall St., and just a few minutes walk to the water/Brand new Food Hall at the Seaport! 2 blocks from Subway. Kitchen even has full utensils/pots/pans/toaster oven/ assorted appliances, all of which I’m happy to share as long as you treat items respectfully. :-)
