Big Private Room w/ half bath

Looking for a 3rd roommate to take a small private room in a 3-bedroom apartment. The room features a nice view of a park, gives great natural lighting, and includes two closets.

The apartment common spaces include a kitchen, large living room with a TV, and a bathroom generally only shared with one person, as one roommate has a half bathroom in their bedroom.

We’re located between Ditmars Blvd and 23rd Ave. A 9-10 minute walk to the Astoria-Ditmars subway station (Subway lines N/W). You can also catch the Q101 bus to East Midtown at the end of our block.

The apartment is not pet-friendly (sorry).

Details:
-Currently $1100/month + one month’s rent for the deposit.
-Must have a good credit score (680 or above)
-Must make wages/salary of at least 3x the rent in one month, or have a guarantor
-Must be reasonably clean (clean up after yourself)
-Must be mindful of other people’s space and noise levels during sleeping hours
-Must be respectful of others, and preferably friendly :)
-Must be willing to sign a 1-year lease

Preference is to find someone in their 30s (preferably female) who works during daytime hours.
