Quick note: the video tour shows two different bedrooms for rent. Bedroom 1 has just been rented out by a new roommate (Michael), but bedroom 2 is available.

This is a 3 bedroom corner unit apartment in AVA little Tokyo on the 3rd floor. Currently three of us live here (Dan, Michael, and myself - Konstantin) and you'll be replacing me if you sign on. I’ve lived in this complex for almost 3 years now (across different units) and have greatly enjoyed it, but I’m moving abroad in January so I gotta pass on the keys to someone else.

Apartment Info
Available room: Bedroom #2 (walk in closer, ensuite bathroom)

Rent: $1355/month. Includes a free parking spot to yourself, but no utilities

Complex: AVA Little Tokyo - I recommend looking them up to get more pics and info about the complex and amenities.

Parking: These units come with only one free spot. It's a long story, but we were able to negotiate 2 free spots. Dan doesn't have a car, so the 2nd parking spot is all yours.

Amenities: Washer, dryer, and Nest smart thermometer in unit.
Gym, pool, jacuzzi, grill areas, rooftop lounge, and many hangout areas are all a part of the apartment complex

Furniture: Bedroom is unfurnished, living room is furnished

A bit about us:

Dan just finished up grad school in econ/finance and got a job in the same industry. He works from a coworking space a few blocks away and tends to spend most of his day there. He’s a clean and thoughtful roommate and just generally easy to get along with.

Michael works for Metrolink as a conductor and is saving up to buy a plot of land and build his own home. Also an easygoing guy with some great stories to tell from the different fields he's worked in. He's just moved into the unit and is excited to meet new potential roommates.

I (Konstantin) recently switched jobs and am taking the new gig abroad. Unfortunately we won't get to know each other for long, but I have lived here for a while and will be glad to help with any questions you have about the place. I've also lived with Dan for 1.5 years now and can definitely vouch for him as a great roommate.
