Room for rent in Hells Kitchen

I’m renting a small room in my cozy Hells Kitchen apartment. It is a rail road apartment with two entrances. The room currently has a twin bed and a small book shelf and a closet. There is full access to the living room which has a tv , cable and internet. Kitchen is a great size for those who like to cook. The apartment is located in the heart of Hells Kitchen. Walking distance to Central Park, Hudson River, Times Square, Columbus Circle and every train station. Many delicious restaurants to choose from and LGBTQ friendly. I’m looking for someone respectful, quiet, non smoker ( no drugs), with a steady income to move in. I’m a make up artist that works full time outside of the apartment. I mostly keep to myself and don’t really have guests over ( especially since COVID). Move in immefiate
