Looking for a long term roommate for a 3-bedroom apartment in Astoria beginning July 1. The room for rent is the largest in the apartment with lots of shared common space. The apartment is on the second floor up one flight of stairs on a quiet block within short distance of a grocery store and laundromat along with countless bars and restaurants. The Ditmars Boulevard subway stop (the final stop on the NW line, which is convenient for commuting to Manhattan because you almost always get a seat) is about 10 minutes from the apartment.

The apartment is shared with two queer friendly and 420-friendly roommates and a dog. The room for rent includes a double closet and blinds. No additional charge for utilities, and cable/internet is around $68 a month, but could drop if open to shifting to just high speed internet.

Communal space includes a spacious living room with a shared tv, couches, and dining room set in addition to a comfortable kitchen and bathroom.
