Room with Private Bathroom for Rent 3 Months

I am looking for a person or couple to replace me on the lease of this 2 bed/2 bath apartment until the lease is up in August 2021. The bedroom with large closet and private bathroom would be available as soon as June 1st!
You would share the apartment with a dog friendly couple, who rents the other bedroom. They have a 3 legged terrier that stays in their bedroom 95% of the time unless they are feeding it or they are in the living room.
The apartment is 1064 sq ft with a modern kitchen and big balcony, private bathroom with a shower/bathtub. There is a pool and small gym on this site, which is a gated community. The apartment is walking distance to Oakridge Mall, public transportation, Lucky's grocery store, Retro Fitness gym and other local stores and restaurants.

Utilities including PG&E and wifi are split evenly among tenants and are paid separately from the monthly rent of $1450. (It is about $120 for both.) The rent does include an assigned parking spot near the building where unit is.
Lease ENDs in August 2021, so this will only be available to rent JUNE, JULY, and AUGUST of this year. Rent would be due the first of each month
