Lease details: Standard 1-year lease (will require credit and background check), requesting first month’s rent + security deposit (same price as monthly rent - $1,600), total move in cost = $3,200, utilities will be split 4-ways and generally costs $60 - $100

A little bit about ourselves: We are both graduate students who split time working remotely from home and at the university. We are very active people who spend a lot of time in the ocean or mountains. We can also be gone for extended periods of time to conduct fieldwork for our respective jobs. We have a 2-year old rescue dog named Appa who’s just a big teddy bear. When at home, we love to relax by watching movies, playing video games, and hanging out as a family unit.

What we are looking for: Due to the ongoing pandemic, we seek applicants that practice Covid-19 safety. FYI - we have both been fully vaccinated. We don’t want any house parties or large gatherings. This house is in a quiet residential neighborhood and we have worked hard to build a strong relationship with the neighbors so we ask the new tenants to be conscious and respectful of that. We keep a tidy household and seek someone that can help maintain clean common spaces. We have fostered a fun, positive environment with our current roommates and wish to keep that going.
