Large room with private bath in beautiful PV

Hi everyone my roommate is moving out so her master bedroom will be available for rent in this spacious 2 bedroom apartment. My roommate is officially moving out Oct.1 but may possibly be sooner if the right roommate is found. It has a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The room will not be furnished. There is lots of street parking available. We would split the utilities and the internet.

Looking for a roommate who is not a partier, someone who is clean, and respectful. I occupy the other room. I am an RN working 3 twelve hour days a week (day shift) and also currently in school for my masters. I have a 3 year old toy poodle super sweet and playful. Preferably looking for a roommate with a small dog for my little pup to be friends with. No couples please and no smokers.

There is lots of natural light that comes through this apartment especially in the living room. Great location in Palos Verdes, less than 10 minute walk to Abalone Cove beach and Trader Joe’s, Starbucks etc 1.2 miles away. Will need to do a background check, references, and show proof of stable income.
