Looking for a clean, easygoing person to move into the open bedroom in our main 2BD/1BA house in Downtown San Jose, walking distance to SoFA district! $1700/mo.

House comes equipped with solar panels, a fully fenced front and back yard (featuring ~10 mature fruit trees including figs, pomegranates, apples, lemons, peaches, and plums!), a fish pond, a chicken coop with four hens (fresh eggs!), a greenhouse, barbecue, and a 6 person red-cedar sauna with a cool down shower outside next to it.
Extra bonuses: back deck with umbrella, in-unit washer and dryer, a clawfoot tub with a rainfall shower head, attic space, shed space, and a free little library in the front yard!

We’re looking to rent the room out to someone (or two someones) who will really love and help take care of the space (there’s tons of room for you to plant fruits and veggies to your heart’s content) and enjoy all it has to offer.

You will be sharing the house with a 30 y/o graphic designer and her two lovely dogs. In the backyard is a small studio rented to a kick ass woman in her late 30’s who makes her own nut butters when she’s not killing it as a UX designer WFH boss.

Note: Furniture included in pictures/video will not be included in the rental.
