I am looking for someone to takeover my existing lease from August 2021 - November 2021. For $1,350/per month, you will have access to the master penthouse suite in a penthouse apartment located in Murray Hill off 36th and 2nd. The master suite is detached from the rest of the apartment via stairway, is spacious (can fit a full sized king bed, desk, with walking area) and is drenched in natural sunlight. The suite includes a walk-in closet and private rooftop access with spectacular views of Midtown Manhattan.

The location and neighborhood is perfect for young professionals and within 5 minute walking distance of multiple stores (Trader Joe’s, Target), entertainment venues (AMC, Grand Central), gyms (Crunch, Equinox), restaurants (Chipotle, Sarge’s, Brother Jimmy’s), and is within walking distance of a lively bar scene on 3rd Avenue. The neighborhood is centrally located and easily accessible from LGA airport, the New York subway system, and Ubers. You will have access to the bathroom, kitchen, and common living spaces. The washer/dryer is located in the basement and there is an elevator in the building.

The roommate is a medical student who works 6:00am - 5:00pm and is rarely home. He enjoys going to bars, exploring New York, and is the perfect first friend to have in the city - but also doesn’t mind if you prefer to just split the rent.
