Located off 1st Street and Atlanta/Orange in desirable, gated community, Huntington Bayshore, 2-minute walk to Pacific City, 3 minutes to Main Street, 4 minutes to the sand, and a 5-minute walk to the pier. Peekaboo ocean view from the giant balcony.

Rent $1550, PLUS utilities (Spectrum, SCE, Sparkletts). Security deposit $1550. Includes 1 parking spot in ground-level garage. Plenty of guest parking so your guests usually won’t have to look for jam-packed street beach parking. Homeowner is wonderful.

Clean and cozy, shared spaces are nicely furnished with room for patio furniture, if you have it. Shared living room, kitchen, patio, in-house laundry (full size washer and dryer). Fully-stocked with most of what you need in the kitchen (utensils and appliances), full-sized laundry, plus you’ll have your own cupboards in the kitchen cabinets/pantry so we’re not in each other’s stuff. Shared refrigerator and wine refrigerator. No extra room for storage but master bedroom and closet are huge. Great buildings with friendly neighbors. Elevator accessible.

You must have a steady JOB—legit proof of income, background check, and rental references. Perhaps you are a firefighter, nurse, divorced, traveling professional, who can appreciate all the amenities of beachside condo living over cookie cutter apartment fuss-and-muss. NOT sober living.
