Hello! I am going out of state for work until September. I leave on May 10th and would like for a subleaser to move in after that. Apartment is located centrally in Hollywood, but secluded enough to still be quiet when at home. Private room, with private bathroom. Kitchen and living room are shared with other tenant. Laundry is located in building at cost, but it's pretty cheap! Parking space and utilities are included as well. Walking distance to Hollywoods best bars, restaurants, and hikes, as well as grocery stores/CVS pharmacy/Target.

This space is perfect for someone who wants to live in LA for the summer, professionals working in the field who need to find their own lodging, or returning LA residents who need a place to land while they locate more permanent housing.

Current roommate is Olivia, a musician/artist and project manager who works from home, and is happy to share the space as long as it is kept clean!
