Hello, we’re looking for a single housemate to take the second bedroom.
- It will be unfurnished and has a semi-private bathroom (it’s located outside your room, but it would be YOUR bathroom).
- We would share the living room, kitchen, small patio, dining room, tv, etc.
- You are free to use the washer/dryer available in the unit.
- lots of street parking
- we’d prefer a female roommate or queer male, but open to considering any interested person
- rent is $865 including all utilities except for electricity which will be split into 3 ways
- deposit would be $900
- proof of income and reference check will be done

About us:
Both working professionals who work from home at the moment! We’re both chill and tend to spend our free time watching Netflix, playing board or switch games, making cocktails, and looking at cute dogs. We’d like a roommate who is respectful and nice - we don’t have to necessarily be best friends (so those of you who like to just hang in their room or be out and about are fine!) but we’d be open to chatting and occasionally watching or playing something together if you’d be down :)

Neither of us are big into parties, but we'd like to have people over sometimes. You'd of course be able to do the same :) I think as long as we let each other know in advance, all should be good!
