This building is located right on Grand Army Plaza. Here live mostly families and young professionals. The building has a doorman 3-11pm, a super, handyman, elevators and service elevator. We also have access to in-building washing machines, dryers, and bike storage.

--- The Apartment ---
This is a high-ceiling very bright apartment on the top floor of a building right on Grand Army Plaza, you can see Prospect Park from our windows. The common areas comprise a spacious kitchen with dishwasher and plenty of storage, a large furnished common room with a TV / Projector and Audio system, and a corridor-like dinner area. Heating and AC already present throughout the whole apartment.

All rooms can be optionally left furnished.

Room 1 is smaller but it has its own private bathroom. This room is composed of 3 spaces, a corridor with a desk and armoir, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The entrance of the room is through the kitchen. Rent is 1300 per month + utilities.

Room 2 is the largest and shares a bathroom exclusively with Room 3. This room is very large and bright. The door is directly facing the common area. Rent is 1500 + utilities.

Room 3 is also very large and shares a bathroom exclusively with Room 2. This room is very bright and it has a view of the Manhattan skyline. Rent is 1450 + utilities.

My name is Andrea and I am 29yo guy from Italy about to finish my doctoral degree in Music Technology from NYU. I'm very clean and work most of the time. I am also vaccinated vs Covid! All other roommates will be new people.

For transportation there is the 2/3 subway line (4 at nights) right under the building and the Q/B line just 5 minutes walk. Time to Union Sq is about 20 minutes with the express Q line.

--- Neighborhood ---
This apartment is in Prospect Heights - a very friendly and green neighborhood. Prospect park is literally 1 minute walk away, as well as the Brooklyn museum and the Brooklyn Public Library. This place can be ideal for young people with their first job or students who like some peace while also in reach of international cafes, plenty of restaurants (see Vanderbilt av.), and cocktail bars. A short walk from here you can also reach Park Slope, Crown Heights, Barclays Center and more
