Single Room in 2 bed apartment in Queens County

Hi,

I am a female currently looking for a roommate to share my Astoria apartment with starting June 1st, 2021. The room is $1250/month including utilities (internet, gas, electricity).
I live near the 30 avenue subway station (5 minutes walk). The neighborhood is very lively and everything is walking distance (restaurants, supermarket, subway, movie theater...).
I am easygoing, friendly and a little bit of a neat freak so be ready to share cleaning duties! Your personal space is your own to occupy as you see fit but common areas should stay clean for everyone.
I am looking for an equally easygoing and clean roommate (female), preferably someone with a daytime job or a student.
The apartment itself has nice lighting and is pretty large and comfortable. The bedroom available has a window overlooking the courtyard (less street noise) and two large closets. The room is not furnished.
