ROOM available May 1st, Bushwick -3bedroom apt

Hi everyone, I am in my mid 20s, looking to sublease my bedroom for long term in Bushwick. I am laid-back, and currently WFH. The room is in a railroad style Apt, and has it’s own hallway (no closet in room), so there is privacy between the rooms. I am looking for someone clean and calm, not bringing the party home every single night. Also someone who remembers to pay rent on time. I would prefer another woman, but am open to a guy if need be. No pets and no couples. I will be leaving the white clothing rack. You can fit a full bed and desk. This is a May 1st move in (probably May 2nd since due to multiple move outs). We will be splitting utilities 3 ways. It is a 3rd floor walk up btw.

To Move in: first months rent $675 + 1 month $675 security, also Proof of employment and proof of ID

We are between the L and M train (5 mins) by the Myrtle-wycloff ave stop and the Hasley stop , there are tons of small restaurants around and the laundromat is literally across the street+ huge grocery store is 3 min walk
