The bedroom has 3 large windows that provide great lighting. It comfortably fits a queen size bed and has its own closet. It is the largest room in the apartment and is spacious. The rest of the apartment is completely furnished so no need to buy anything outside of your rooms needs.
The apartment is near a lot of transportation. It is 2 blocks from the A, B, C, D and 3 train and the 1 is also near by. There are also many bus stops like the Bx19 nearby and the GWB is a five minute drive. Nearby there are a couple of supermarkets, laundromat, parking garages, post office, local cafe and bars, restaurants, gym, and a few large parks.
Our ideal roommate would be clean and tidy, a great communicator, and potentially someone we can also become friends with. We are friendly. We don't mind guests over as we sometimes will have some too. You MUST be LGBTQIA+ friendly.
