Room available in quaint Bushwick apartment

Hello! I have a single room in a nice three bedroom apartment in Bushwick is available for sublet from May - August with the possibility of taking over the lease at the end of the August. The apartment is located right off the Wilson Ave L train stop.

The room will be unfurnished, but I could leave the desk, nightstand, desk, shoe rack, lamps, etc. if you're interested.

Room is a decent size, and can fit a full/queen bed, desk, and dresser. It features a large closet and gets great light. The area is very quiet and chill, the apartment is very close to a number of bodegas, grocery stores, and restaurants. The proximity to public transit is excellent and makes this place ideal for someone who commutes to work.

2 people (1 male1 female, both young professionals) currently live in the apartment. Shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Shared monthly internet, electricity, and heat. (Heat and electricity costs are very low in the summer!)

I'm ideally looking for someone who's chill and gets along easily with others.
