About the apartment:
The apartment has 2 rooms (disconnected), an external closet, a living room, a kitchen area and a shared bathroom with bathtub. The building is quiet (so no noisy parties from the neighbors). It is located on the forth floor. A 5 minute walk away from the 6 line and a 15 minute walk to the 96th st Q train, also to the bus M15, M101, M102 and M103, and a 15 minute walk to Central Park :)

Nearby we have lots of restaurants, supermarkets, a chase bank, shopping center with a Target and a Costco (116th) is one bus stop away or a 15 minute walk.

About me:
I am a late twenties accountant, I work from 9am to ? from Monday to Friday. I am goofy most of the time, and I like to have a light vibe, I am responsible for the grown up things also (paying bills, rent, job, cleaning, etc). I am openly gay, and in a relationship. I love board games, watching tv, cooking, running and Broadway shows.

What I would like in a roommate:
I would like someone with a stable job, that makes sufficient to cover for the rent without struggling, easy going is preferable as I like to interact with my roommates (so far all of them have become close friends of mine.)
