This is a shared 2-Bedroom apartment, with one room available IMMEDIATELY. You get one bedroom. Tyler, who is very nice, lives in the other room and she will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. I hope that you two can meet before deciding to move in (though she is easy going and I don't foresee any problems).

The apartment is incredibly SPACIOUS and GORGEOUS, in an IDEAL LOCATION (97th St and BROADWAY, one block from the 1, 2, and 3 trains and many busses) with 24/7 DOORMAN, Washer / Dryer in the unit (apartment), furnished or unfurnished, with a grand piano. I hope you will love it!

Brian's Access
The only extra stipulation is that I, Brian, am able to continue to use the living room to give piano lessons. It may very likely not be more than two lessons / week (one afternoon, one evening), and I will be in and out quickly.
