Spacious room in Hamilton Heights

Hi!
Looking for a long-term sublet, move in date May 1 or earlier if preferred.
I have an available room in beautiful Hamilton Heights, 3 blocks away from the ABCD trains at 145th. It’s across the street from an adorable coffee shop, 1 1/2 blocks from laundromat, 3 blocks to Duane Reade and groceries, easy walking to 3 parks and some great restaurants. I’ve never felt unsafe as a female walking around at night and neighbors are all really friendly!

The room being rented out is the larger room and will be unfurnished. It has one closet with upper storage space. There are two windows with the fire escape outside.

The apartment is in the back of the building so we don’t get any street noise and it’s usually fairly quiet.
The entire apt has hardwood floors and updated appliances. A large open living space with a full-sized couch, a tv with chromecast, dining room table with four chairs, and a great kitchen space with a butcher block for extra counter space. A lot of cabinet space, and even with two people we still haven’t used them all.

I haven’t had any major issues with the apt or rental agency in the past 3 years I’ve lived in this place. My roommate is moving out for work, but I decided to stay because I just couldn’t give it up!

I am extremely clean and neat, I enjoy time by myself and the quiet, but would also enjoy the occasional movie night together. I am (or, was) a Scenic Designer and Carpenter for theatre and love decorating, DIY, baking, and exploring.
