My name is Cady, I work as a doula (WFH often but not always), and have two very cuddly cats.

I love riding my bike, cooking, yoga, being outside. My home is my oasis, and I like to keep a chill, neat, and cozy environment. I'm very respectful of private space, noise level, work schedules, and always pick up after myself. - seeking like minded!

My work drains me, so I mostly keep to myself at home.

The common areas (living room, kitchen, bathroom) are fully furnished. Bedroom comes furnished with all shown in the photos.

| COVID SAFETY MEASURES |

Covid concern is minimal right now, fortunately, but fyi I'm fully vaccinated, and I take the CDC guidelines seriously (I work with newborn babies). If you were anti-mask at any point, we wont be a good fit.

| RENTAL REQUIREMENTS |

Must be able to pay 1st months rent + security deposit

Rent is $1250/mo + utilities (~$90 with wifi, a little more in the summer due to a/c)

| EXPENSES / SPLIT |

We split the cost for items like toilet paper and dish soap.

Food + groceries are not shared, half the fridge is yours (it's big too!).

Venmo is used for all payments
