Large Bedroom - ONLY security needed to move in!
I am moving out of the 2-bedroom apartment I currently share with my roommate, Emily, and looking to sublet my room for the duration of our lease (through August 1st, 2021).
**Option to renew lease**
I need someone to take over the lease ASAP, so as incentive, I will PAY April rent. This means you only need a security deposit ($1,175) to move in.
ABOUT THE SPACE:
- Light-filled two-bedroom apartment
- Bedroom is extremely spacious (fits queen-sized bed + additional furniture)
- Dishwasher and microwave in kitchen
- Laundry in basement
- You get 1 HUGE closet (see picture)
- Security pad to let visitors in
- Cats allowed
The monthly rent for your room is $1,175.
My landlord requires the following for approval:
-650+ credit
-Previous month paystub
-Prior month's bank statement
-Most recent tax return
Emily has one cat, so you must be okay with cats. If you have a cat of your own, she is okay with this. The apartment is in a great location -- near the F/G line, grocery stores and delis, and less than a mile from Prospect Park.
Please reach out to me if interested.
