This is a 3 bed/2.5 bath townhouse with a fully furnished common area, big kitchen, private patio, and a washer/dryer. Patio features a gas grill and private door for direct access to the community pool. Looking for 1-2 female roommates to move in beginning of April. I’m a young working professional who just moved to Arizona from California, looking for roommates who are respectful, clean, and who I can hopefully be friends with.
