You’ll be sharing the apartment with 3 men. 2 work in the entertainment industry. The other is a line cook. friendly. No pets at the current moment, though someone is in the process of getting a cat.
There are 2 affordable laundromat mats a block away. The building is close to the Maria Hernandez Park. Lots of great restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
The price for the room is $735 a month plus utilities.
Subletting: Will require 1st month rent and security deposit.
