Security deposit of $1,150 due along with first months rent

No pets allowed, though there is a dachshund you may see here and there.
Optional tandem parking spot available for $50 per month.

This place also has something that I haven’t seen anywhere else: an elevator that opens up directly to the unit.

It also has a trash chute directly in the unit, so say goodbye to dragging out trash bins.

All in all, an awesome and unique place to live - a room like this doesn’t come around often.
