This is a 1,300 square foot beautiful apartment with huge ceilings, exposed brick, and skylights. This is a 2 bedroom shared apartment with one other 33 year old female.
Looking for responsible, mature, Covid safe individual. I like to interact with roommates but I also like to have alone time. I enjoy reading, going on long walks, camping, and doing yoga. This is not a party home by any means. No smoking, no drugs, no pets. This is a very zen apartment and I’m searching for energy that matches that.

The bedroom offered is $1,500/month with huge built in closets and large window.
It’s a walk up 2nd floor apartment in an awesome area of Greenpoint. We’ve got a very convenient market across the street, Greenpoint brewery next door, and lots of cool coffee shops and bakeries.

7 train is just across the Pulaski Bridge and the G train is about a 7 minute walk from the apartment.

Looking for April 1st move in. Looking for a longer term with the lease ending December 1, but I’m willing to negotiate on dates.
