$950 including (utilities cable/internet, water/electricity, and garbage). Ideal for students/professionals. hallway bathroom (renter use), SHARE kitchen, dining area, backyard BBQ resting area, off street parking is provided.

$2,000 deposit refundable. 1-year Lease term.
