Single Room in 4 bed house in San Francisco

Come to our oasis in the city atop the peak of Diamond Heights! We are looking for not just a roommate but a family member - whether short-term or long-term, we have room for you in our spacious home!

3 bedroom, 1.5 baths, 1 master bedroom. You would be occupying a bedroom that uses the shared 1.5 baths. Length-of-room reach-in closet, opposite wall - all windows, west facing. Good-sized room enough for queen-sized bed, work desk, night stand, small furniture or floor-length mirror. Charges are $1,200/month + utilities and a $1,200 security deposit.

And, drum roll...ON-SITE LAUNDRY!!! HOORAH!

Currently in the house are three humble characters: all male, one a 31 year-old educator, the other a 40 year-old graphic designer, and lastly a nursing student. Mostly we are all attending school and working from home, following preventionary Covid guidelines when we do venture out. We are looking for someone who shares the same attitude concerning the pandemic and understands that living with others means a responsibility to protect those we live with from potential exposure.

Common areas are extremely spacious including our centerpiece, an octagonal living room with 3 walls of floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking lovely hills and trees, great natural light, 15' wood-beamed ceiling...truly the feel of a cabin resort nestled in the lush and sweeping hills of Diamond Heights - waiting just for you!
