Hello! We have one room available in a spacious duplex in the heart of Williamsburg! We're just a 1-minute walk from the Bedford L train. You can't beat this location and space for the price!

The apartment is a 3-br / 1 bath on the upper level and a 2-br / 1 bath on the lower level, with a super spacious shared living room and kitchen on the lower level. The upstairs has a small common space as well.

I have lived in the apartment for 5 years and absolutely love it. The convenience is unbeatable, and the neighborhood is fun and social! I'm a film producer in my 30s. My roommate downstairs is a VFX artist in their 20s. One of the upstairs roommates is a design student in his 20s, and the other is a lawyer in her 30s.

The available room is upstairs. It has a shared balcony, and it's situated at the back of the apartment where there is no street noise! The room is bigger than average and has a double-sized closet. (My room is the same size, and it fits a full bed, a large desk, 2 dressers, a wardrobe and a few other things.)

We have some furnishings, so the room could come furnished or unfurnished.

Looking for a roommate who is very clean and friendly!
 
We're a block from Whole Foods, Levain, and Sweetgreen; 3 blocks from the ferry; and a short walk from Domino Park. Manhattan is 1 subway stop away, and Union Square is 3 stops away.
