Located in East Williamsburg, with tons of restaurants, markets, and a park just around the block. A great space for busy, creative and considerate people. 5 blocks from Graham Ave. L train.

Shared bathroom and living spaces (there are no windows in any of the rooms, but the apt makes up for it :) Sun light reaches the room from an adjacent wall that opens to the backyard. Like a big cave, the apartment stays pretty cool in the summer and there is a backyard.

There will be 3 total roommates, currently one room is occupied by a quiet and respectful 30s Male student, studying at NYU for music engineering. The other, a 28yo male bike mechanic, musician, and photographer and his small dog.

Please be nice, friendly, responsible, and very queer friendly. Looking for someone who is quiet and is leaning toward health and spirituality consciousness rather than party time.
