Room in beautiful Los Feliz property

Room available in los Feliz! Move in Feb 1.

850/mo plus utilities. (1st & security time move in) 1br in a 4bed 2 bath two story, ground floor townhouse with outdoor space (for distant gatherings) by the front and back entrances (that’s right, we got 2 ways in/out!).

Room is separated from the other rooms by the kitchen so it’s nice and private. There’s a small closet space inside the room, but extra storage space is available in hallway shelves just outside the room and in a living room closet (pictured). Current size of bed in room is full size bed. Past roommate fit her queen size in there with room for a desk.

Pics are of downstairs bathroom that is shared w/ one other roommate (but you can always use that upstairs one in a pinch, so no waiting to go!)

Amazing location on Franklin Ave, walkable to multiple restaurants, grocery stores and metro stations, Los Feliz to the left and Franklin Village to the right, and Hollywood in-between one block south. Plenty of street parking & one of the nicest, safest areas I’ve ever lived in. Washer/dryer in unit.

House is shared w quiet creative professionals in our 30s, me, one female, a wonderful trans woman, and one black cat named Tony, who is super chill and friendly (and who’s poop box is in a bedroom, not the shared space).

House is LGBTQIA friendly, we are respectful of noise levels and creating a respectful Sanctuary space, all about communication, we all try and live that covid safe life!
