Roommate sought for East Village flat
Seeking someone to take up a room in a 3 bedroom East Village second floor flat. There is the option if a pair are looking for a second room to be made available as one roommate has alternative arrangements they're happy to take up.
The room is available furnished with a bed, desk and chest of drawers and has a large built in wardrobe. The flat has a shared living room and a decent kitchen with lots of cupboard space.
About us: Two existing roommates (one female, one male), neither native to New York City, both professionals in our 30s. We're both very clean and whoever moves in would need to be the same. We're both friendly and happy to have a chat and share a drink, but do do our own thing. There's certainly no obligation to hang out, but if you'd like to there's wine and chats and the apartment foodie is always looking for restaurants to try.
