Private Room in Newport Beach Female Only

Looking for a female roommate in their 20s to fill an available room in a 2 bedroom condo in Newport a half mile from the beach!

*single occupancy- no couples, no kids
*no smoking/drugs
*no pets
*will have to do an application through the landlord

About the room:
Private room and shared bath with one other person (me) but you will have your own sink area. Available now- move in date can be flexible, hoping to find someone to move in by late January/ February 1st! Rent is $1,225 month and security deposit is $1,225. Lease goes until Dec 31, 2021. Landlord pays for water and gas and we pay for electricity and WiFi.

Room is unfurnished, I am furnishing the common spaces but if you have furniture you want to bring we can coordinate! Laundry is in unit. We get 1 reserved parking spot, 2 additional parking passes, and 2 guest passes. The condo is located in the Villa Balboa complex off of Superior and PCH and is in a perfect location!

About me:
I’m 24 and I work full time in accounting. In my free time I like going to the beach, going to the gym, having Bachelor and movie nights, and exploring new places. I’m clean and respectful and looking for a roommate around my age with a similar lifestyle.
