Couple looking for roommate

Hello, our names are Dylan and Kelly and we are looking for a new roommate as our current one is leaving for school. We have a two bedroom apartment with one bathroom and an open living room/kitchen with an island. We are 21 and 22 years old, work from home and also at a high school. Most of the time we are home we are in our room playing video games or hanging out, and occasionally use the living room to watch movies. Kelly likes to cook so she is also in the kitchen often baking or just making meals. We enjoy working out and surfing, and (trying) to live the healthiest lifestyle possible.

We are looking for someone that is just as introverted and friendly as us, that likes to be in their room most the time but occasionally likes to socialize. Would be a plus if you like video games (we play on PC). Someone who is clean and cleans up after themselves (does their dishes, smells nice, etc.). Would prefer not to have people over, as we only do a couple times a year.
