Balcony room in downtown Huntington Beach!!
We have an open one bedroom with a private balcony for rent in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse! We are located in downtown Huntington Beach, only one block over from Main Street. Walking distance to Pacific City, restaurants, coffee houses and more. Additionally, we are walking distance to several parks and a public library. The room is in a gated community with access to a fitness center, pool and hot tub (All are open at the moment). **No pets, couples, or drugs. Looking for someone in their 20s-30s. We are two friendly girls who are relaxed and enjoy spending time with our pets. We love to watch movies and talk about life over a good cup of tea. Pre COVID, we loved going out on the weekends and going to live events. All in all, we are respectful and fun, and are looking for likeminded individuals.
