I'm happy to give dimensions of the room for rent since the photo doesn't do it justice. Room isn't furnished, but common areas are however you're welcome to bring your own furniture/flair to add. Pets are ok!
Apartment building is very well kept and maintenance is great. Location is walking distance to many grocery stores and restaurants; as well as to the Marina and the beach and nearby park. Easy access to 90, 405, 10 fwys.
Amenities include secured entry, clubhouse, pool, jacuzzi, dog walk area, covered parking garage, and secure mail room. Cost of utilities are split.
I'm Jennifer, I'm in my early 30s, and have a full-time secure job in aesthetics. I am very clean, respectful, relaxed, and responsible. Despite being tidy, I'm not bossy or "naggy." I have a small friendly, well-trained hypoallergenic dog. I'm happy to keep him out of your way. I'm happy to be friends or just roomies -- I understand, either way is ok with me!
Also, I'm COVID-19 conscious and have already gotten the 1st dose of the vaccine.
