Room is available Jan 17th for immediate move-in if need be (Prorated), or any time till Feb 1st. We do not do month to month. So please be long term minded at least 6 months.

Hi, there are 3 of us (two women and a man) who are all actors. We’re looking for someone to rent our room to who is friendly, respectful, and COVID conscious as we are. We are all friendly, but also keep to our space as well. All races and genders are welcome!

The Room
The room is a 10.5 x 12 railroad room. There is a curtain divider at the corner of the room (pictured below) where only one roommate walks by. Room has two beautiful windows which lets in lots of light. Room is spacious enough for a full size bed and dresser. No closet.

Neighborhood: Bay Ridge, Brooklyn

We are located half a block away from the Bay Ridge Ave R train (underground, so we don’t hear). Bay Ridge is a beautiful neighborhood. We have restaurants, bars, parks areas, supermarkets, laundry mats, shopping all very close by and a 24HR Rite Aide on the corner.
