** THE APARTMENT
Bedroom is furnished with bed and nightstand and will be painted, but if you'd like to bring your own furniture, we can have them removed. The large wall to wall wardrobe, that comes with a huge amount of hanging space as well as sliding drawers, will also stay. The room is a north-facing bedroom with a quiet courtyard view and access to the fire escape. Available as early as 1/15. The apartment is a second floor walk-up and has a spacious living room area with great natural light, a large eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, and a shared bathroom. Utilities approximately $75/month.

** LOCATION
Located around the corner from the Astoria Boulevard stop on N/W line, down the block from multiple laundromats, and a 10 minute walk to Astoria Park. Situated between both Ditmars Blvd. and 30th Avenue, the location is a short walk to amazing restaurants, bars and coffee shops, in addition to gyms, supermarkets, drugstores, etc.

** ROOMMATES
I'm a friendly and social 31-year-old gay male working in Public Relations. Normally in an office setting and out of the apartment during the day, but working from home for the time being. Working during the day, usually just chill and watch some TV or read a book in the evenings. Usually out and about in pre-COVID days, but being careful at the moment. I enjoy the occasional dinner or drink with my roommates, have a laugh and chat about our day, etc., but respect everyone's boundaries and totally fine should they want to keep to themselves. Second roommate is a straight man in his early 30's. Works in hospitality, but during COVID has spent most of his time in his home country, so he's spent months at a time out of the apartment.
