Personal Residence with private bedroom

I have a room for rent in my home located in West LA. It is a furnished bedroom, including twin-size bed, desk and chair, dresser, bookshelves and closet. The house has a shared furnished kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, large toaster oven, gas oven and stove, laundry (washer/dryer), free utilities including wireless cable internet, street permit parking. The house is close to SMC & UCLA, Westfield Century City, restaurants, grocery, bus (Blue Line and #6 UCLA Green Line), train (Metro Expo Line) and Freeways (I-10 & I-405).

The rent is $750 (including utilities and wireless internet). I need first & last months rent upon move in. It is available October 15, 2022. There are 3 other female roommates in the house. The bathroom is shared by you and 2 other roommates. I want someone who is trustworthy as this is my private residence in a nice quiet neighborhood and it is very safe. I have lived here since 2003.

Since this is my home and not an apartment building, there are a few things that I do not allow:
1. No overnight guests (after 10PM).
2. No parties.
3. No excessive drinking (getting drunk).
4. No smoking of ANY KIND inside or outside.
5. No drugs.
6. No pets.

If you want a quiet and safe place to live then this is it. I'm looking for someone who is VERY quiet and VERY clean (someone who will clean up after themselves). Someone who will respect everyone else's personal space and personal property as well as keep the common areas VERY clean. And most importantly, pay the rent on time.
