Looking for a roommate to fill the room available and be added to the rental agreement. The room has wood floor, ceiling fan and a closet just 5 minutes east from downtown Los Angeles in Boyle Heights.
Near the 5, 10, 101 freeways, White Memorial Hospital and USC medical Center.

The room is for a single person.

The house has wood floors, a ceiling fans and tile in both the bathroom and the kitchen. The common areas in the house such as kitchen, bathroom dining room and living room are shared with another roommate who lives in the house. The backyard and front yard are both common community seating areas with excellent views to Downtown Los Angeles. The rent is $875 plus $100 utilities and a $60 monthly cleaning fee.

The house is walking distance from bus stops, metro station, hospitals and local shops/eateries.

The room can be rented fully furnished for an extra fee. Street parking is available. No pets allowed.

NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED, EVEN WITH A DR'S PRESCRIPTION. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

One month's deposit is required. Work references and credit WILL be checked.
