The whole house is just two years old. All hardwood floors, lots of natural light. Your room is abt 15 x15, and has a big closet. The photo of the room shows how a king size bed can fit in there, and still have room for a desk and work area.
For now, you have a private bathroom w shower and tub ( that could change and you would share w one other person... but may not).
Washer/ dryer. Central heat.
Vegan kitchen, but you can be a happy omnivore!
Shoe and smoke free inside the house.
We already have a dog, so sadly no more pets.
We are the ground level of a duplex and share the yard with our upstairs neighbors. They have a four bedroom home. In total, we are one Af Am male, one Af Am female, one Latina, one East Indian male and two Caucasian females. LGBTQII friendly. This is a racially diverse neighborhood and we want to keep it like that, so POC to the front!!

We are both fortunate to wfh, and are very covid cautious, so we have reduced your rent by 30% to find someone w similar sensibilities.

This is a super fun neighborhood- lots of restaurants and cafes and little bars for the future...... short walk to the amazing Berkeley Bowl grocery store.
