Hell's Kitchen - LARGE flex in Luxury Building

Hi There,

I am looking for someone to take the remainder of my lease in a Full Service, Luxury Building in the Heart of Hells Kitchen.

The room is a large flex room with Air conditioning in room with two windows facing the buidling's inner courtyard. The room is incredibly spacious. I am able to easily fit 1x Queen size bed with bed side night stand, Entertainment unit with 50' TV as well as a Futon.

As the room faces the inner courtyard there is very minimal street noise and you also get a lot of natural light through the day as the apartment is located on the 4th floor of a 7 story building.

Apartment features modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a Dishwasher. The fridge is large in size easily catering to both myself and my roommate.

Living Room is currently furnished with a pull-out couch, table and 2 chairs and TV stand.

Bathroom is large for Hells Kitchen and features deep sink as well as marble look finish on the bathroom tiles and shower walls

The Roommate is a working professional. He is mild mannered and very polite, mostly staying in his room to work. He does not smoke or do drugs and asks the same of the new roommate. I have lived with him for almost 18 months without any issue or disagreement.

The building has 24/7 doorman at the front of the building who will hold any packages for you. The building is also equipped with a Laundry Room as well as a Fitness room that requires no monthly or annual fee to use.

The building also features a beautiful furnished rooftop with incredible views of Midtown unobstructed by any large buildings.

Building is within walking distance of N, Q, R, W, C, E, B, D,1 &2 trains. Central Park, Time Square and Hudson River are all within walking distance.

The lease for my replacement will be until 7/31/2021. I am flexible on the move in date based on needs. Security deposit will also be required and returned at the conclusion of the current lease. I am moving out to get a place with my girlfriend. I have currently lived in this building for 4 years and absolutely love it.
