We will have a room available in our 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Apartment beginning in mid October. The apartment is incredibly spacious and bright, with an open concept living room, separate dining alcove, balcony, and a large, well-appointed kitchen. Each bedroom is a good size and has ample closet space, (in addition to a basement storage room). The master bedroom has a private bath, so you would only share with one other person.
We would prefer someone who is looking to stay long term, though we understand that many things are up in the air right now.

Location: The apartment is three blocks from the Graham Ave L train, twelve minutes to Union Square. The G is a twelve minute walk at Metropolitan.
The neighborhood is traditionally Italian and has a nice mix of families and young professionals. There are great bars, restaurants and coffee shops within two blocks. The neighborhood has excellent grocery stores, bakeries and specialty stores as well. There are three lovely parks, two within close walking distance, all with farmer’s markets and activities. The waterfront is a thirty minute walk or ten minute drive.
