Bike/walking trail is 3 minutes away, 30 minutes from Burbank- 45 from LAX (w/o traffic) Accessible to I-5/405 & 14 located minutes from shops/mall/dining & Metrolink.

Owner is non smoker, laid back professional bi racial female with a cat (hiding most of the day) works from home until further notice with a 13year old who is distance learning until things go back to normal. Female prefered, open to trans or gay male. Prefers someone who takes shoes off in the house & clean is a must.
