Awesome Female Roommate needed for 2br/ 1 bath

Hello!!

Looking immediately for a 1 female roommate to share this 2 br/1 bath apt with. My current roommate is moving, so I'm looking for someone to take over Oct 25th.

The apartment building is super adorable, from 1929, and in a FANTASTIC area. Right in the middle of everything! The Grove is pretty much across the street, along with numerous restaurants & shopping in walking distance, Melrose, Fairfax & more.

About the apartment: I've lived here for 14 years & LOVE IT!!! Its very spacious &totally a steal for the price, especially in this neighborhood! The bedrooms are big (esp for the price) and spacious, as well as the kitchen & bathroom. (brand new stove & refrigerator in the kitchen) I have friends who pay more for their place & their rooms are half the size! The room that's available is 11 x 12 feet. It has 1 & 1/2 closets. It is not furnished, so just FYI. Also has wood floors. We would share the kitchen & bathroom, which are really good sized. Its practically like 2 studio apts in 1 big apt & we share just the kitchen & bathroom. There is no living room. Again, its like 2 studio apts in 1, so your bedroom is bigger. There is a washer & dryer (2 of the them to be exact) that we share with the other tenants. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask :)

About you: Female, preferably single (I rarely have overnight guests & if I do, I'll always tell you in advance, so looking for the same though. Please be drama/drug free. If you smoke/vape, you must smoke outside the apt (these are the landlord's rules) Also honesty & communication is really important to me as well. I try to keep this a safe zone with covid and want you to feel safe too. I'm pretty laid back & chill, just let me know what's up, as I would do the same for you :) I want you to feel at home but also considerate of others. Cleanliness is very important & you must be tidy & all I'm asking is you clean up after yourself in shared areas. You also have to pass a credit check/background check (per the landlord) & have a steady job. You REALLY have to pass a credit check, so please serious inquiries only. I'm hopefully looking for someone for long term. Also required is a security deposit ($1050) & along with 1st month's rent ($1050) so total $2100 upon move in. We share the bills (Internet, Gas, Water/Power) which is prob about $90-$140 a month (sometimes much less, give or take) & you must be able to pay the bills on time. Sorry no pets. It is street parking, but this block is permit only, so that makes it much easier.

About me: I'm 39 yrs old, female & work in the entertainment industry. Precovid-I'm always on the go & about as well, so rarely home, but when I am, I usually just hang out in my room working on stuff, so I'm pretty good in that roommate sense. I'm laid back, go with the flow & really easy to get along with. I'm responsible, don't do drugs & take care of my cleaning duties. I don't bring the party home & prefer you don't either. Maybe we could have some stuff in common, but not necessary. As long as we get along, you pay your rent/bills on time... it'll be all good. Currently with the covid situation, I'm working from home til after the New Year.
