This is a spacious 5 bedroom (technically a 6 bedroom!) with two full bathroom apartment with a washer and dryer in unit. There are technically 6 bedrooms, but since the rent is discounted, we are renting it as a 5 bedroom and the extra room will be used as an additional communal area/guest bedroom. The building is located on Hamilton Place, a super quiet street between Broadway and Amsterdam. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of an elevator building.

One room currently up for rent available ASAP, another one for April 1st. You will be joining the lease so you will have to have a credit score over 680 and be able to show proof of income.
