Hi there I?m looking for a new roommate, my roommate is moving in with her boyfriend and although is sad to see her go I?m happy for her new chapter. So I hope I can find another amazing person to live with.

950.00 all included a month plus 1k deposit
Share the apartment with me ( single 31 year old Brazilian who works with kids)
This is a two bedroom apartment, the complex is well located with two gas stations at the entrance of the complex, also with freeway 280 north and 280 south right in front.

Two pools and two jacuzzis (they aren?t open yet due to covid, but when open the amenities are amazing.
There is a laundry area the building on the same floor as the apartment. Plus an elevator
There is a balcony and outdoors view.

I don?t mind an overnight guest, as long as it isn?t every night and the guest respects the house.

A little about me: I like to cook, listen to music. I?m very outgoing, but I also respect people?s space and I?m extremely clean so I ask you to be clean as well.

The mall and bart station are close by if needed, as well as food places and grocery stores.
